Lonely

Cubone is the lonely Pokemon, who wears the skull of its dead mother on its head. When it feels most lonely and sad, it cries out loud, and its cry echoes inside the skull, coming out as a sad melody.

Spent a day trying various effects on it and still don't know if it looks like I imagined it.
